By accessing and using Gyrall, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must:

  • Be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the flashcards and content you create. By using Gyrall, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide our services.

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Payments are securely processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record, Dodo Payments.

6. Service Delivery and Availability

Gyrall is a web-based (cloud) service. There is no physical product, download, or installation. Access is delivered digitally and activated immediately: free features are available as soon as you create an account, and Pro features unlock instantly once your subscription payment is confirmed. You use Gyrall in any modern web browser at gyrall.com, with progress synced across your devices.

We strive to provide reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gyrall is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service.
