Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with EngramLabs for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be made within 30 days of your first payment
  • This applies to new subscriptions only (not renewals)
  • One refund per customer

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@engramlabs.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
  3. We'll process your request within 2-3 business days

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

6. Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.

7. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, no refunds are provided, but you may cancel to prevent auto-renewal.

8. AI Credit Refunds

AI generation credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits from a refunded subscription will be removed upon refund processing.
